Service Deposit Required
General Notary: $25 Loan Signings: $50+ Applied toward the total service fee. Non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancelations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the mobile service fee.

We accept cash, credit/debit, venmo, Apply Pay and other secure online payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Yes. a valid government-issued photo ID is required for all notarization. In limited situations, if a signer does not have acceptable identification Georgia law may allow the use of a credible witness who personally knows the signer and can verify their identity. The witness must also presents valid identification and may be required to take an oath. Please contact us in advance if this option applies to your situation.

The mobile convenience fee covers travel, mileage, and on-site service at your location. The fee starts at $50 and is applied in addition to state regulated notarial fees. Extended travel, same-day, or urgent appointments may incur an additional fee, which will always be disclosed before booking.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.General notary appointments require $25 deposit, while loan signings, business appointments or service add-ons require a $50 deposit. The deposit is applied toward your total service feee. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancelations or no show but may be transferred if an appointment is rescheduled with adequate notice.

Hart Luxe Signing provides mobile notary, loan signing, and apostille services throughout DeKalb county and the greater Metro Atlanta area, including Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, Clayton, and Henry counties. Travel outside the immediate service area may incur in additional fee, which will be disclosed prior to booking.

Yes. All signers whose names appear on the document must be present oat the time of notarization and must provide valid identification. Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. if multiple parties are signing, please ensure everyone is available at the scheduled appointment time.
